This Refund Policy describes how S20 Research, LLC handles returns and refunds. Because we supply sensitive research materials, eligibility is limited to protect product integrity.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting details (such as photographs). We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened, used, or improperly stored materials are not eligible for return. Items must be unopened and in their original condition to be considered for a return.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item or our approval of a claim. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
How to start a request
To request a return or refund, email support@s20research.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Do not return items without prior authorization.
