Eligibility & intended use
You must be at least 21 years of age and acquiring our products for laboratory research use only. All sales are subject to our Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Orders & acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe a product may be used inconsistently with its intended research purpose, or where required by law.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment must be received before an order is processed.
Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional policies relating to the purchase, import, storage, use, and disposal of research materials in your jurisdiction.

Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Analytical documentation describes material as supplied and is provided to support research only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S20 Research will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products contrary to the Research Use Only Policy. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
