Shipping Policy

S20 Research, LLC ships research materials within the United States to qualified purchasers in accordance with this Shipping Policy and our Research Use Only Policy.
Processing
Orders are typically reviewed and processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders may be subject to verification before they are dispatched.
Destinations
We ship to research institutions and qualified purchasers within the United States. We do not ship to addresses where receipt of the materials would be unlawful.
Handling & packaging
Products are packaged to preserve integrity in transit. Upon receipt, the purchaser is responsible for appropriate storage and handling in accordance with the accompanying documentation and applicable laboratory practices.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly so we can assist.
