All products offered by S20 Research, LLC (“S20 Research”) are sold and supplied strictly for laboratory research use only by qualified professionals and institutions. This policy governs the intended use of every product we provide.

Not for human or animal use

Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for, and must not be used in, human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumption applications. They are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority for clinical or consumer use.

Eligibility

By purchasing from S20 Research you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring our products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only, and that you are authorized to receive and handle research materials in your jurisdiction.

Responsible handling

• Products must be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory safety practices and equipment.
• The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies governing the purchase, storage, use, and disposal of research materials.
• Products may not be resold, relabeled, or redistributed for any use inconsistent with this policy.

Documentation

Released lots are accompanied by a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. Analytical results describe the material as supplied and are provided to support research; they do not constitute any representation of fitness for a particular non-research purpose.

Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Research Use Only Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
